Nicholas Janysek is a seasoned hospitality sales and marketing executive with more than a decade of experience leading high-performing commercial teams across full-service hotels, resorts, and complex urban markets. He currently serves as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin Cleveland Downtown, where he leads the property’s commercial strategy, team development, and market repositioning following an ownership and management transition.
Throughout his career with HEI Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International, Nicholas has consistently driven revenue growth through data-driven strategies, proactive sales cultures, and collaborative leadership. His background includes opening new hotels, restructuring sales organizations, elevating brand positioning, and delivering sustained gains in group, transient, and event performance across multiple markets.
An active industry leader, Nicholas currently serves on the HSMAI Ohio Chapter Board of Directors as Immediate Past President, having concluded his term as Board President in December 2025. He remains deeply committed to advancing the hospitality sales and marketing profession through mentorship, advocacy, and strategic collaboration within the industry.

Executive Director of the Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Association and Foundation
Luci Ridolfo is a Certified Association Executive and is a graduate of Ohio Dominican University with a Degree in Political Science. She has been working with non-profit organizations since 2005 and has worked with every area of association management, including governance, regulatory work, meeting planning, financial planning, coordinating membership, and website/database development. Luci specializes in financial planning and event coordination. She is currently the Executive Director of the Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Association and Foundation and has been with the organization for 16 years.
