What is the Future of Lodging Summit? The Future of Lodging Summit is a one-day collaborative event in which hoteliers, educators, students, travel & tourism partners, and more come together to discuss current needs and upcoming issues of the hospitality industry workforce. We need your voice to help us create a plan of action to help prepare our industry for its future!
OHLA’s Education & Workforce Development Committee has planned two summits for 2023. Our Inaugural Future of Lodging Summit was very successful in getting critical feedback on how to grow our workforce from lodging professionals, hospitality experts, educators students and others. With the actionable outcomes of our inaugural summit, we are able to expand on several topics of importance. The 2023 summits will provide similar content, promotions and some sponsorships.
